试论国土空间生态修复内涵及其修复对策

国土空间生态修复在生态文明建设中具有重要作用,是新时代国家治理体系与治理能力建设的重要手段。通过分析国土空间生态修复在理念、范围、对象、手段、目标等方面与传统意义上生态修复的不同之处,剖析国土空间生态修复在尺度性与层级性、整体性与系统性、完整性与功能性等方面的内涵,并从完善国土空间生态修复思想、规划、实施监督及技术标准体系方面提出国土空间生态修复选择路径,为有效提升国土空间生态修复工作效果、促进生态系统可持续发展提供重要借鉴。
