Hetian Black Chicken is a kind of meat-quality dual-purpose chicken in Hetian area of Xinjiang,which is known as Niya Black Chicken and Luopu Black Chicken.The meat quality of this kind of chicken is very fresh and delicious,but also has the effect of health care,the most important thing is that it has a certain resistance to stress and disease,rough feeding,high temperature and other characteristics,so the breeding of Hetian black chicken is becoming more and more large-scale.This paper introduces the breeding technology of Hetian black chicken,and also expounds how to promote accurate poverty alleviation through the development of Hetian black chicken breeding in Xinjiang.
