碳排放权交易在世界范围内备受关注。随着金融机构作为新兴主体逐步参与到碳市场中来,碳交易金融化程度不断深入,碳交易市场活力倍增。我国在碳交易市场建设方面仍处于初始阶段,市场仍需进一步规范。目前,我国碳市场主要存在三个问题,分别是市场准入问题、碳市场和金融融合问题以及碳交易系统人才问题。欧洲碳市场发展时间较长且经历多次改革,已形成自己的碳交易体系,其经验值得我国碳市场选择性借鉴。

Carbon emission trading has attracted worldwide attention.With the financial institutions as emerging entities gradually participate in the carbon market,the degree of carbon trading financialization is deepening,and the vitality of carbon trading market is multiplying.The construction of carbon trading market in China is still in the initial stage,and the market still needs to be further standardized.At present,there are three main problems in China's carbon market,which are market access,carbon market and financial integration,and carbon trading system talents.The European carbon market has developed for a long time and experienced many reforms,and has formed its own carbon trading system.China's carbon market can selectively learn from its experience.
