高校纪检监察部门深化“转方式”工作路径研究

Research on"Work Model Transformation"in the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Department of Universities

“转方式”是“三转”的关键,在“三转”中起承上启下、承前启后的特殊重要作用。通过调研和实践,提出高校纪检监察部门“转方式”的方法,认为把政治监督摆在首位、紧盯“关键少数”管住“大多数”、把日常监督作为工作重点、实事求是运用“四种形态”、坚持抓深抓实是“转方式”的本质要求。

"Work Model Transformation"plays an important role in"three transformations".Based on the investigation and practice,this paper puts forward the methodology of"changing the way in discipline inspection and supervision departments of colleges and universities".It holds that the essential requirements of"changing the way"are to put political supervision in the first place,to focus on the"key minority"and control the"majority",to take daily supervision as the focus of work,to use"four forms"realistically,and to adhere to the deep and practical work.
