Research on the Countermeasures to Enhance College Students'Entrepreneurial Intention Under the New Situation

大学生创业是后疫情时代高校解决毕业生就业难问题的方法之一。当前,大学生存在创业意愿不够强、课程体系不完善、师资队伍力量不足、教育教学改革不深入等问题。提升大学生创业意愿,应明确“谁来教”“怎么教”“教什么”和“怎么学”“学什么”等问题,强化大学生创业感知愿望、创业感知可行性及创业行动倾向性。

College students'entrepreneurship is one of the main channels to solve the employment difficulties of college graduates in the post-Covid-19 pandemic era.At present,there are several problems for college students'entrepreneurship,such as lacking entrepreneurial intention,imperfect curriculum system,teaching staff shortage,education and teaching reform not being in-depth,and relatively weak entrepreneurial action.To enhance college students'entrepreneurial intention,issues as"who will teach","how to teach","what to teach"and"how to learn"and"what to learn"should be made clear,and college students'entrepreneurial perception desire,entrepreneurial perception feasibility and entrepreneurial action tendency need to be strengthened.
