摘要
关于公民教育的研究,部分学者仍在职能定位、内涵界定、性质特征等方面存在认知误区。这些误区的存在已成为学术界进一步研究公民教育的“绊脚石”,亟待澄明和纠正。党的十九大报告中指出的“深入实施公民道德建设”与“加强和改进思想政治工作”,是公民教育与思想政治教育协同育人模式的现实表征,具有深远意义和时代价值,两者构成彼此独立但又相互支撑、相互促进的良性关系。
Throughout the academic research on civic education,some scholars still have cognitive misunderstandings in functional orientation,connotation definition,nature characteristics,which have hindered the research of civic education in academic community and should be clarified and corrected.Having far-reaching significance and time value,"in-depth implementation of civic moral construction"and"strengthening and improving ideological and political work"pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress that form a mutually independent but supportive and promoting relationship are realistic signs of the collaborative education mode of civic education and ideological and political education.
