Design and Manufacture of Buffer Protection Device for Conveyor

通过使用输送机缓冲保护装置,可以降低粮食包装物的卸车破损率,减少卸粮过程中的散落粮,缓冲输送机卸粮瞬间的承重力,保护输送机的结构部件,降低输送机的维修频率,延长设备使用寿命,提高装卸工在运输车辆上的作业安全。本文对输送机缓冲保护装置研制的背景、设备结构、工作原理、使用效果及推广应用几个方面进行阐述。

Through the use of conveyor buffer protection device,it can reduce the unloading damage rate of grain packaging,reduce the scattered grain in the process of unloading,buffer the load-bearing capacity of the conveyor at the moment of unloading,protect the structural components of the conveyor,reduce the maintenance frequency of the conveyor,prolong the service life of the equipment,and improve the operation safety of the loader on the transport vehicle.This paper expounds the development background,equipment structure,working principle,application effect and popularization of conveyor buffer protection device.
