摘要
随夹皮带卸船机装配的阿特拉斯空压机主要为卸船机除尘系统提供喷吹气源以及日常杂用,但其在启动初期,经常性发生高温报警停机,对卸船作业造成了极大影响。基于此,本文对空压机的冷却系统及油路润滑系统进行分析,对引起高温故障的相关因素进行研究,提出改进措施,并对设备后期的改善方向提出建议。
The Atlas air compressor assembled with the belt ship unloader is mainly used to provide the jet air source and daily miscellaneous use for the dust removal system of the ship unloader.However,during the initial start-up period,high-temperature alarms and shutdowns frequently occur,which cause unloading operations.Had a great impact.Based on this,this article analyzes the air compressor’s cooling system and oil circuit lubrication system,studies the related factors that cause high temperature failures,proposes improvement measures,and proposes the direction of improvement of the equipment in the later period.
