摘要
本文在危机生命周期理论的指导下,从危机酝酿期、危机爆发期、危机扩散期和危机恢复期4个阶段重点阐述了突发食品安全事件各个阶段处置的主要任务;并根据各阶段面临的重点处置任务,分析了突发食品安全事件中各危机阶段存在的问题及产生问题的原因,为突发性食品安全事件的治理提供参考。
Under the guidance of the crisis life cycle theory,this article focuses on the main tasks of handling food safety incidents in each phase from the four stages of crisis incubation,crisis outbreak,crisis proliferation,and crisis recovery;The key handling tasks are to analyze the problems existing in each crisis stage and the causes of the problems in the emergency food safety incidents,and provide references for the management of emergency food safety incidents.
