我国食品检验中标准现状分析及相关建议

Analysis and Suggestions on the Present Situation of Food Inspection Standards in China

随着我国社会的不断进步,人们在物质生活得到满足的同时更加注重食品安全,就目前来看,我国在进行食品标准的审核过程中仍然存在问题,以至于相应的食品安全监督管理效果无法满足我国社会的发展需要。我国的食品标准体系能满足大部分食品需求,为人们的生命健康起到良好的保护作用,但食品检测中所存在问题依然不可小觑。本文就当前我国在食品标准评判过程中所存在的问题进行较为详细的分析,并以此为基础提出相应的解决方法,借此希望我国相关部门在进行食品标准体系的优化过程中能根据实际情况进行调整,以此来确保食品标准体系能具有更高的标准性与实用性。

With the continuous progress of our society,people pay more attention to food safety when their material life is satisfied.At present,there are still problems in the process of food standard audit in our country,so that the corresponding food safety supervision and management effect can not meet the development needs of our society.China’s food standard system can meet most of the food needs and play a good role in protecting people’s life and health,but the problems in food testing still can not be underestimated.In this paper,the current problems in the process of food standard evaluation in China are analyzed in detail,and on this basis,the corresponding solutions are put forward.It is hoped that the relevant departments in China can adjust the food standard system according to the actual situation in the process of optimizing the food standard system,so as to ensure that the food standard system can have a higher standard and practicality.
