摘要
框架-核心筒结构楼盖角部的框架柱与核心筒角部剪力墙之间一般采用斜梁连接,或采用半框架梁间接传力到剪力墙。成都某超高层塔楼创新性地采用Y形框架梁连接框架柱与核心筒剪力墙,对Y形框架梁的优化布置进行了对比分析,并对该超高层建筑进行了基于性能的抗震设计,重点分析了Y形框架梁的性能水准,进行了结构模型试验,结果表明该超高层建筑能达到预设的性能目标,采用Y形框架梁是一种可行的结构布置方案,可供类似工程参考。
In the floor corner of frame-core tube structures,inclined beams are usually used to connect the frame columns with the corner shear walls of the core tube,or semi-frame beams are used to transfer force indirectly to the shear walls.A super high-rise tower in Chengdu innovatively adopts Y-shaped frame beam to connect frame columns with core tube shear wall.The optimal layout of Y-shaped frame beam was compared and analyzed.The performance-based seismic design of the super high-rise building was carried out,with emphasis on the performance level analysis of Y-shaped frame beam.The structural model test was carried out.The results prove that the expected performance target of the super high-rise building can be achieved.The structural layout scheme with Y-shaped frame beam is feasible and can be used as a reference for similar projects.
