摘要 横琴新区文化综合服务中心为大型公共建筑,采用拱形钢桁架-剪力墙结构体系,其结构除存在楼板不连续、尺寸突变、竖向抗侧力不连续等不规则项外,还存在大跨度、大悬挑情况。采用YJK和MIDAS/Gen软件对结构进行整体计算和对比分析,结果表明两种软件计算结果相近,各项指标均能满足规范要求;针对该工程特点及结构设计难点进行补充分析,主要包括关键节点分析、楼板应力分析、温度应力分析、楼板舒适度以及施工模拟分析。结果表明,该结构设计能实现拟定的抗震性能目标,结构安全可靠;施工图阶段根据分析结果对薄弱部位采取了相应的加强措施,如对节点分析中板件应力较大的地方局部加大板厚,对楼板应力分析中应力较大部位加大配筋等。 Hengqin District Culture Service Center is a large public building.The arched steel truss-shear wall structure system is adopted and the structure has many irregular characteristics such as discontinuous floor slab,mutational dimension,discontinuous lateral resistance,long-span and large cantilever.YJK and MIDAS/Gen softwares were used to to perform overall calculation and comparative analysis of the structure,the results show that the calculation of the two softwares are close,and each index can meet the requirements of the codes.According to the engineering characteristics and structural design difficulties,supplementary analyses were carried out,including key joint,the stress of floor,temperature stress,comfort of floor and construction simulation.The result shows that the structural design can satisfy the proposed seismic performance index,the structure is safe and reliable.In the construction drawing stage,corresponding strengthening measures were taken for the weak parts according to the analysis results,such as increasing the thickness of the slab where the stress of the plate is larger in the joint analysis,and increasing the reinforcement of the part with the larger stress in the stress analysis of the floor.
