地方感对返乡农民工留乡就业意愿的影响

Influence of Sense of Place on the Willingness to the Returned Peasant-workers Work in Hometown

心理因素作为一种潜在的主观因素,对农民工的返乡意愿起着潜移默化的作用,以此引入地方感概念,并探讨其对新立镇返乡农民工留乡就业意愿的影响。依托乡村“人才振兴”背景,借助返乡农民工的问卷调查数据,将地方感的3个维度--地方依恋、地方认同、地方依赖纳入二元Logistic回归模型中,以探究地方感对返乡农民工留乡就业意愿的行为决策;利用非参数检验方法,将愿意与不愿意留乡就业的返乡农民工进行比较研究,探讨两群体在地方感因素上的差异。研究发现:地方依恋、地方认同对农民工留乡就业意愿均存在正向显著性影响,但地方依赖对返乡农民工留乡意愿未通过显著性检验,且呈负向影响;愿意留乡就业与不愿意留乡就业者的地方感存在强度差异,由高到低依次为地方依恋、地方认同和地方依赖。

Subjective factors contain the psychological factors that play a subliminal role in the willingness of the returned peasant-workers,thus introducing the concept of a sense of place,which reflects people’s feelings about their environment.Relying on the background of“talent revitalization”in rural areas,and the questionnaire of survey data of the returned peasant-workers,the three dimensions of the sense of place:place attachment,place identity,and place dependence are incorporated into the binary logistic regression model to explore the impact of the sense of place on the returned peasant-workers.Using non-parametric test to verify the comparative study of returned peasant-workers who are willing and unwilling to employ in hometowns is conducted to explore the differences in the sense of place between the two groups.The results show that:Place attachment and place identity have a positive and significant impact on returned peasant-workers’willingness to stay in rural areas,but place dependence has not passed the significant test,and has a negative impact on returned peasant-workers’willingness to stay in rural areas;there are intensity differences between those who are willing to employ in rural areas and those who are unwilling to employ in rural areas,and the order from high to low is place attachment,place identity and place dependence.
