This paper introduced the significance of professional teaching team construction of higher vocational teachers,analyzed the current situation of professional teaching team construction of higher vocational teachers,and discussed the ideas and paths of building a professional teaching team of higher vocational teachers by taking food biotechnology as an example,so as to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of China’s higher vocational colleges and contribute Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the world’s vocational education through the professional teaching team construction of teachers.
