食品微生物学课程思政教学改革的探索和实践 被引量:13

摘要 课程思政是近年来在我国高校广泛推广的一种新的教学理念。从食品微生物学融入课程思政的教学实践出发,明确提出了课程思政建设目标,详细介绍了在开展课程思政建设中案例的筛选,重点探索了思政教育的实践途径,旨在提升课堂教学的育人功能,同时为其他课程的思政教学提供参考。 Curriculum ideology and politics is a new educational concept widely popularized in universities in China in recent years.Based on the practice of integrating ideological and political education into the teaching of food microbiology courses,we clearly put forward the ideological and political education objectives,introduced in detail how to screen out curriculum ideological and political cases,and mainly explored the practical ways of the political education,so as to improve the educational function of professional lessons,and also provide references for the ideological and political education of other courses.
