Progress of comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children

脑瘫主要表现为中枢性运动障碍、肌张力异常、姿势及反射异常,并可同时伴有癫痫,智力低下,语言、视觉及听觉障碍等。文章介绍中西医结合治疗脑瘫患儿康复的作用,主要对早期评估、运动疗法(PT)、特色中医疗法、作业治疗、营养脑细胞药物、感觉统合训练在脑瘫康复治疗中的进展进行介绍。

Cerebral palsy is mainly characterized by central dyskinesia,abnormal muscle tension,abnormal posture and reflex.It can be accompanied by epilepsy,mental retardation,language disorders,visual and auditory disorders.This article introduces the role of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy,mainly introduces the progress of early evaluation,exercise therapy(PT),characteristic traditional Chinese medicine therapy,occupational therapy,nutritional brain cell drug therapy and sensory integration training.
