膝关节镜下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的远期疗效分析

摘要 目的:分析膝关节镜下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折的远期疗效。方法:2019年6月-2020年8月收治胫骨平台骨折患者48例,随机分为两组,各24例。试验组接受膝关节镜下微创治疗;对照组接受常规开放治疗。进行为期12个月的随访,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组术后1、6个月HSS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后1、6、12个月平台内侧后倾角均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用膝关节镜下微创治疗胫骨平台骨折患者,可取得较为满意的远期疗效,改善患者疼痛,促进患肢功能恢复。 Objective:To analyze the long-term effect of minimally invasive treatment of tibial plateau fracture under knee arthroscopy.Methods:From June 2019 to August 2020,48 patients with tibial plateau fracture were selected to our hospital and randomly divided into two groups with 24 patients in each group.The experimental group received minimally invasive treatment under knee arthroscopy.The control group received conventional open treatment.A 12-month follow-up was conducted to compare the treatment effect between the two groups.Results:The score of HSS in the experimental group was higher than the control group at 1 month and 6 months after operation,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month,6 months and 12 months after surgery,the medial posterior angle of the platform in the experimental group was better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive treatment of tibial plateau fracture under knee arthroscopy can achieve satisfactory long-term curative effect,improve the pain of patients,and promote the functional recovery of affected limbs.
