Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Xinfuning in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods:From March 2019 to June 2020,120 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis with HR-HPV infection were enrolled, they were divided into two groups according to the treatment plans, with 60 cases in each groups. The control group was treated with routine treatment. The observation group was treated with Xinfuning on the basis of routine treatment. The HPV turned to negative status, clinical index levels and serum inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:The HPV turned to negative rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time, secretion volume and contact bleeding rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinfuning is effective in treating chronic cervicitis with HR-HPV infection, which can effectively improve the effect of HPV clearance, inhibit the body's inflammatory response and then alleviate clinical symptoms, the prognosis of patients is also improved.
