种植钉辅助上颌快速扩弓的临床效果及其稳定性分析

Study on the clinical effect of implant-assisted rapid maxillary expansion and its stability analysis

目的:探究种植钉辅助上颌快速扩弓的效果及稳定性。方法:2017年7月-2020年7月收治上颌牙弓横向发育不全患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组给予传统螺旋扩弓;观察组给予种植钉辅助上颌快速扩弓。比较两组扩弓效果及稳定性。结果:观察组扩弓效果及稳定性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统螺旋扩弓相比,种植钉辅助上颌快速扩弓的效果及稳定性明显。

Objective:To explore the effect and stability of implant-assisted rapid maxillary expansion.Methods:From July 2017 to July 2020,40 cases of patients with transverse hypoplasia of maxillary arch were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional spiral arch expansion.The observation group was given implant-assisted rapid maxillary expansion.The effect and stability of the two groups were compared.Results:The effect and stability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional spiral arch expansion,the effect and stability of implant-assisted rapid maxillary expansion is obvious.
