苯磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of amlodipine besylate combined with telmisartan in the treatment of essential hypertension

目的:观察苯磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:2017年2月-2019年3月收治非重度原发性高血压患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗;观察组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗。比较两组临床效果、血压下降水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血压水平下降程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗原发性高血压的效果显著,不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate combined with telmisartan in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2019,100 patients with non-severe essential hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate.The observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate combined with telmisartan.The clinical effects and the level of blood pressure drop and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure level of the observation group decreased better than that of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate combined with telmisartan is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension with few adverse reactions.
