转运呼吸机在急诊急救转运过程中的运用

Application of transfer ventilator in the process of emergency transport

目的:分析机械通气转运患者在急诊急救转运过程中,不同转运呼吸机的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年2月机械通气转运患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组提供人工简易呼吸器;试验组提供多功能便携式转运呼吸机。比较两组转运前后呼吸、心率及血气指标水平。结果:试验组转运后呼吸、心率、pH值、PaCO2及PaO2等指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对机械通气转运患者在急诊急救转运过程中应用多功能便携式转运呼吸机,能够对患者转运过程中的呼吸、心率以及血气分析各项指标水平起到保障作用。

Objective:To analyze the application effects of different transport ventilators during the emergency transport of patients with mechanical ventilation.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2020,80 patients with mechanical ventilation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group provided a simple artificial respirator.The experimental group provided a multifunctional portable transport ventilator.The levels of respiratory,heart rate and blood gas indexes were compared between the two groups before and after transport.Results:After transport,the levels of respiration,heart rate,pH value,PaCO2 and PaO2 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-functional portable ventilator in the process of emergency transport of mechanical ventilation can guarantee the level of respiration,heart rate and blood gas analysis in the process of transport.
