“温通火针法”配合毫针治疗气滞血瘀型更年期失眠症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of"warm and fire acupuncture"combined with milli acupuncture in the treatment of climacteric insomnia with qi stagnation and blood stasis

目的:观察"温通火针法"配合毫针治疗气滞血瘀型更年期失眠症的临床效果。方法:2019年10月-2020年10月收治气滞血瘀型更年期失眠症患者30例,随机分为两组,各15例。试验组采用火针温通加毫针微通法联合治疗;对照组口服血府逐瘀胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗4周后睡眠质量指数总评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者出现轻微不良反应各1例。结论:"温通火针法"配合毫针治疗气滞血瘀型更年期失眠症,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of"warm and fire acupuncture"combined with milli acupuncture in the treatment of climacteric insomnia with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:From October 2019 to October 2020,30 cases of patients with climacteric insomnia with qi stagnation and blood stasis were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with"warm and fire acupuncture"combined with milli acupuncture.The control group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu capsule.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of sleep quality index in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Each group had 1 case of mild adverse reactions.Conclusion:The clinical effect of"warm and fire acupuncture"combined with milli acupuncture in the treatment of climacteric insomnia with qi stagnation and blood stasis is remarkable.
