针灸结合除痹止痛汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical observation on acupuncture combined with Chubi Zhitong decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness-obstruction type of lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨针灸联合除痹止痛汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:2018年3月-2020年7月收治寒湿痹阻型LDH患者120例,按照数字盲选法分为两组,各60例。对照组行针灸疗法;研究组行针灸加除痹止痛汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后腰椎功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗1年及2年后的中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用针灸结合除痹止痛汤治疗寒湿痹阻型LDH,具有良好的疗效。

Objective:To discuss the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chubi Zhitong decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness-obstruction type of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:From March 2018 to July 2020,120 cases of patients with cold-dampness-obstruction type of LDH were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the digital blind selection method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture.The study group was treated with acupuncture combined with Chubi Zhitong decoction.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The pain score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar function score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 year and 2 years of treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture combined with Chubi Zhitong decoction in the treatment of cold-dampness-obstruction type of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is remarkable.
