血脂检验在老年糖尿病患者临床诊断中的价值分析

Analysis of the value of blood lipid test in the clinical diagnosis of elderly diabetic patients

目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者的临床诊断中血脂检验方式的临床应用价值。方法:2020年4月-2020年9月收治老年糖尿病患者45例,纳入观察组;选取同期接受血脂检验的健康老年人45例,纳入对照组。比较两组血脂检测相关指标水平。结果:观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组APOAⅠ、ApoB水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(ALB)水平均低于对照组,总胆红素(TB)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病患者的临床检验中,采用血脂检测方式,结果发现在血脂、载脂蛋白、肝功能等方面老年糖尿病患者均异于健康受检者,说明血脂检测方式在老年糖尿病的诊断中有极大的应用价值,能更好地帮助患者明确病情,以便后续的预后干预开展。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of blood lipid testing in the clinical diagnosis of elderly diabetic patients.Methods:From April 2020 to September 2020,45 elderly diabetic patients were admitted into the observation group.While 45 healthy elderly patients who received blood lipid testing during the same period were selected into the control group.We compared the levels of related indexes of blood lipid detection between the two groups.Results:The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),and low density low lipoprotein(LDL-C)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the level of high density low lipoprotein(HDL-C)was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of APOAⅠ and ApoB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of glutamic pyruvic transaminase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and albumin(ALB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of total bilirubin(TB)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical examination of elderly diabetes,based on the implementation of blood lipid detection methods,it was found that elderly diabetic patients were evenly different from healthy subjects in terms of blood lipid indexes,apolipoproteinindexes,liver function indexes and so on,indicating that blood lipid detection methods are effective in elderly diabetes.It has great application value in the diagnosis,which can better help patients to clarify the condition of the disease so that the follow-up prognostic intervention can be carried out.
