脑出血昏迷患者急诊护理干预对并发症发生率的影响评价

Effect evaluation on emergency nursing intervention on the incidence of complications of patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma

目的:分析急诊护理在脑出血昏迷中的应用效果及对控制并发症的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月接受对症治疗的脑出血昏迷患者60例,根据护理模式不同分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予急诊护理。比较两组患者并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理干预能有助于减少脑出血后昏迷患者发生并发症的风险,增强护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the effect of emergency nursing in cerebral hemorrhage coma and its influence on the control of complications.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,60 cases of patients with cerebral hemorrhage coma who received symptomatic treatment were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the different nursing models,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given emergency nursing.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emergency nursing intervention can reduce the risk of complications and enhance nursing satisfaction of cerebral hemorrhage coma patients.
