泌尿系结石术后留置双J管患者延续护理的方法探讨

Discussion on the method of continuous nursing care of patients with urinary calculi after indwelling double J tube

目的:探讨对泌尿系结石术后留置双J管患者实时延续护理的临床效果。方法:2019年7月-2020年7月收治行泌尿系结石手术患者140例,术后均给予留置双J管,按照护理方法不同分为两组,各70例。对照组采取常规方法护理;观察组给予延续护理模式进行护理。比较两组护理满意度、生活质量评分及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对泌尿系结石术后留置双J管患者实施延续护理,能提高患者对护理的满意度,降低并发症发生率,改善生活质量。

Objective:To explore the method and clinical effect of real-time continuous nursing for patients with urinary calculi after indwelling double J tube.Methods:From July 2019 to July 2020,140 patients with urinary calculi were selected.All patients were given indwelling double J tubes after operation.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given continuous nursing.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing care for patients with urinary calculi with indwelling double J tube after operation can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
