保温护理对妇科宫腔镜患者术中应激反应的缓解效果分析

Analysis of alleviating effect of heat preservation nursing on stress response of gynecological hysteroscopy patients during operation

目的:探讨保温护理对妇科宫腔镜患者术中应激反应的缓解效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年8月拟行妇科宫腔镜手术治疗的患者122例,随机分为两组,各61例。对照组在手术治疗时给予常规护理干预;观察组在手术治疗时增加保温护理。比较两组患者体温变化、应激反应情况及手术不良反应发生率。结果:观察组手术15 min、手术30 min、手术结束时的体温均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中肾上腺激素、去甲肾上腺素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组低体温、躁动、术后感染等不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:增加保温护理干预,有助于宫腔镜手术治疗患者的体温维持,继而缓解应激反应程度,减少低体温等不良反应的发生。

Objective:To explore the alleviating effect of heat preservation nursing on intraoperative stress response of gynecological hysteroscopy patients.Methods:From November 2019 to August 2020,122 patients who planned to receive hysteroscopic gynecological surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 61 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention during operation treatment.In the observation group,heat preservation nursing management was added during operation treatment.The changes of body temperature,stress response and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The body temperature of the observation group at 15 min,30 min and at the end of operation was higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of adrenal hormone and norepinephrine in the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as hypothermia,agitation and postoperative infection in the observation group was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of heat preservation nursing intervention is helpful to maintain the body temperature of patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery,and then relieve the stress response and reduce the occurrence of hypothermia and other adverse reactions.
