耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪对促进妊娠期糖尿病产后母乳喂养成功的影响

Effect of ears pressure bean combined with low frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus on promoting the success of postpartum breast feeding in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪对促进妊娠期糖尿病产后母乳喂养成功的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年10月收治妊娠期糖尿病产妇50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理干预;观察组在常规护理干预基础上给予耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪干预。比较两组干预效果、母乳喂养成功情况、产后2 d乳房肿胀程度。结果:观察组产妇临床总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇干预后泌乳量和母乳喂养成功率均高于对照组,泌乳始动时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后2 d乳房肿胀程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合低频脉冲治疗仪可改善妊娠期糖尿病产后母乳喂养的干预效果,提高母乳喂养成功率,增加泌乳量,缓解乳房胀痛程度。

Objective:To investigate the effect of ears pressure bean combined with low frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus on promoting the success of postpartum breast feeding in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2020,50 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given ears pressure bean combined with low frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The intervention effect,the success of breast feeding and the degree of breast swelling of 2 days after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lactation volume and breastfeeding success rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Breast swelling of 2 d after postpartum in observation group was lower than that in control group,the initiation time of lactation was lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ears pressure bean combined with low frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus can improve the intervention effect of postpartum breastfeeding in gestational diabetes mellitus,it can not only improve breastfeeding success rate and increase lactation volume,but also can alleviate breast pain.
