围手术期护理在行腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石患者中的应用效果及对术后并发症的影响分析

Exploration on the application effect of perioperative nursing in patients with choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope and its influence on postoperative complications

目的:探讨围手术期护理在行腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石患者中的应用价值。方法:2019年4月-2020年9月收治行腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石患者30例,随机分为两组,各15例。对照组围手术期给予常规护理;观察组围手术期给予综合护理。比较两组相关手术指标水平及并发症发生率。结果:观察组手术用时、术后胃肠恢复时间、腹腔引流时间、进食时间、住院用时及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管患者在围手术期开展综合护理,可以缩短术后胃肠恢复、腹腔引流、进食及住院用时,预防并发症。

Objective:To explore the application value of perioperative nursing in patients with choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope.Methods:From April 2019 to September 2020,30 patients with choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 15 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing during perioperative period.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing during perioperative period.The level of relevant surgical indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of operation,postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,abdominal drainage time,feeding time,hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the observation group were all lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in perioperative period for patients with common bile duct treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope can shorten the time of postoperative gastrointestinal recovery,abdominal drainage,eating and hospitalization,and prevent complications.
