护理干预对急性缺血性脑卒中阿替普酶溶栓治疗预后的影响研究

Study on the effect of nursing intervention on the prognosis of acute ischemic stroke treated with ateplase thrombolytic therapy

目的:探讨全方位护理在阿替普酶溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治急性缺血性脑卒中患者96例,均应用阿替普酶溶栓治疗;随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予全方位护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组NIHSS评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用阿替普酶溶栓治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者,实施全方位护理干预的效果确切,可有效减轻患者神经功能缺陷,并改善患者预后,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,改善其生存质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of omni-directional nursing in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with ateplase thrombolysis.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,96 patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected,they were randomly divided the into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given omni-directional nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of NIHSS and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life after nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of omni-directional nursing in patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with ateplase thrombolysis is definite,which can effectively reduce the neurological function defect of the patients,improve the prognosis of the patients,improve the satisfaction of the patients with nursing and improve their quality of life.
