湛江市农村女性乳腺癌认知程度的现状调查

Investigation on the status quo of breast cancer awareness among rural women in Zhanjiang city

目的:了解湛江市农村女性乳腺癌认知程度,为顺利开展农村女性乳腺癌健康教育提供依据。方法:采用乳腺癌认知程度调查问卷,对湛江市下属6个农村地区共228名女性进行调查。结果:共回收有效问卷188份,调查结果显示,63.83%的女性不太了解或完全不了解乳腺癌,仅21.28%的女性知道乳腺癌的好发年龄,知道正确检查时间者仅15.96%,从未进行过乳房检查者62.23%。结论:湛江市农村女性缺乏乳腺癌相关知识,需要进一步提高农村女性乳腺癌认知水平。

Objective:To understand the awareness of breast cancer among rural women in Zhanjiang city,and to provide basis for health education of breast cancer among rural women.Methods:228 women in 6 rural areas of Zhanjiang were investigated by questionnaire on breast cancer awareness.Results:There were 188 valid questionnaires.The survey results showed that 63.83%of the women knew little or nothing about breast cancer,only 21.28%knew the age of breast cancer,only 15.96%knew the correct time for examination,and 62.23%had never had a breast examination.Conclusion:Rural women in Zhanjiang City lack of knowledge about breast cancer,and it is necessary to further improve the awareness of breast cancer among rural women.
