Taking the crack of a heavy truck cab as th e background,the mechanism of the fault is analyzed and determined,the finite element model of the cab is established,and the optimization and improvement scheme is formulated combined with CAE analysis.The rapid reliability verification is carried out by means of bench simulation road spectrum,which solves the problem of cab cracking,eliminates safety hazards,and improves the verification efficiency of design and new products.
