大数据助推京津冀制造业高质量发展实证研究

The Empirical Research of Big Data Drives the High-Quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Province

本文采用2005~2018年数据,构建大数据和制造业高质量发展评价指标体系,并运用耦合协调模型研究京津冀大数据与制造业高质量发展水平及协调程度。结果表明:京津冀制造业高质量发展水平不断提高,且2015年后河北水平上升幅度大增,远超天津和北京;京津冀大数据发展水平和大数据与制造业高质量协调程度均为北京>天津>全国>河北,2005~2018年北京从勉强协调上升为良好协调,天津和河北分别从轻度失调、濒临失调上升为中度协调。

In this paper,the data from 2005 to 2018 were used to construct the measurement index system of big data and high-quality development of manufacturing industry,and the coupling coordination degree model was used to study the development level and coordination degree of big data and high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.As a result,The high-quality development level of the manufacturing industry has been continuously improved,the level of Hebei has increased significantly since 2015,far exceeding that of Tianjin and Beijing.The ranking of big data and the coordination degree is Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei.From 2005 to 2018,Beijing’s coordination increased from barely to good,Tianjin respectively rose from mild imbalance to moderate coordination,Hebei from near mismatch to moderate coordination.
