摘要
以枸骨叶多糖为试验材料,通过单因素试验测定枸骨叶多糖的得率,研究液料比、提取时间、提取温度3个因素对枸骨叶多糖的影响;在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面法分析优化提取条件。结果表明,枸骨叶多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:液料比31∶1,提取时间1.5h,提取温度82.3℃,在此条件下,枸骨叶多糖得率为6.96%。该工艺条件组合较好,可用于枸骨叶多糖的提取,并为今后枸骨叶多糖的进一步研究具有重要的参考价值。
The extraction process of polysaccharide from holly leaves was optimized by single factor test and response surface analysis. The effect of liquid-material ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature on the green of was studied. On the basis of single factor test, the extraction conditions are optimized by response surface method.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: liquid ratio 31∶1, extraction time 1.5 h, extraction temperature 82.3℃. Under this condition, the yield of polysaccharide was 6.96. It can be used for polysaccharide from holly leaves. It has important reference value for the further study of polysaccharides from holly leaves.
