摘要 天气学是大气科学专业的一门专业核心课程,对学生专业知识结构的形成和应用技能的培养起着重要作用。基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,从培养目标与毕业要求出发,确定课程教学目标,反向进行课程教学设计、整合教学内容、改革教学方法、重建考核评价体系,并对教学设计、教学策略和方法进行持续改进,初步形成以学生为中心、学习成果为导向、多元化的教学模式,提出了明确课程教学目标、优化整合教学内容、实现知识课堂向能力课堂转变、重建课程考核与教学评价体系等课程改革措施。 Synoptic meteorology is a core course of atmospheric science majors, which plays an important role in the formation of students′ professional knowledge structure and the cultivation of their application skills. Based on the concept of Outcomes-based education(OBE), starting from the training objectives and the graduation requirements,this paper determines the course goal, carries on the backward teaching design, integrates teaching content, reforms teaching methods, reconstructs the assessment and evaluation system, and continuously improves the teaching design, teaching strategies and methods. A student-centered, results-oriented and diversified teaching model has been formed, and some reform measures are put forward, such as clarifying the teaching objectives, optimizing and integrating the teaching contents, realizing the transformation from knowledge classroom to ability classroom, and rebuilding the curriculum examination and teaching evaluation system.
