送温暖工程开启了中国工会服务职工体系建设30年的发展历程。进入新发展阶段,如何深入贯彻新发展理念,构建工会服务职工新格局成为全国工会系统的重大课题。本文运用SWOT战略分析工具,在系统分析工会服务职工体系建设的基础上,探讨工会服务职工体系创新方向和策略选择,并提出了组织机制协同、数字化转型、服务资源社会化、服务品牌培育和服务阵地系统集成等创新举措。

The Warmth Delivery Project started the 30-year development of China's trade union service system for workers.In the new development stage,how to deeply implement the new development concept and build a new pattern of trade union service for workers has become a major issue for the national trade union system.Using SWOT strategic analysis tools,this paper discusses the innovation direction and strategic choices of the system of trade union service for workers based on the systematic analysis of trade union service system construction,and proposes innovative initiatives such as organizational mechanism coordination,,digital transformation,service resource socialization,service brand cultivation and service function integration.
