摘要
作为产业发展的集聚地,园区愈来愈成为职工生活、工作的重要场所。近年来,上海工会高度重视园区劳动关系调处及矛盾纠纷预防化解工作,逐步发展出与上海工会预防化解劳动关系矛盾“六步工作法”相适应的经验做法,为园区劳动关系和谐、职工队伍稳定做出了积极贡献。尽管如此,由于受到产业升级转型及外部环境的影响,与园区相关的劳资纠纷仍处于高位运行态势,园区工会协调劳动关系、预防化解矛盾纠纷工作仍需进一步推进。
As a gathering place for industrial development,the industrial park has become an important place for workers to live and work.In recent years,Shanghai trade unions have attached great importance to the mediation of labor relations and the prevention and resolution of conflicts and disputes in the parks,and gradually developed experience and practices that are compatible with the"six-step working method"of Shanghai trade unions to prevent and resolve labor relations conflicts,making positive contributions to the harmony of labor relations and the stability of the workforce in the parks.Nevertheless,due to the influence of industrial upgrading and transformation and external environment,labor disputes related to the park are still at a high level,and the work of the park trade unions in coordinating labor relations and preventing and resolving conflicts and disputes still needs to be further promoted.
