防水抗渗泡沫混凝土的制备及在墙板中的应用

Preparation of waterproof and impermeable foam concrete and its application in wall panels

研究了复合掺合料和憎水剂对A700级泡沫混凝土防水抗渗性能的影响,测试了不同条件下泡沫混凝土的强度、吸水率、抗渗性能,选取较好的配合比制备成轻质墙板并测试其主要性能。试验结果表明,憎水剂和复合掺合料共同作用比单一掺加的效果要好,不仅能较大幅度降低吸水率、提高抗渗性,而且强度降低不大,使700级泡沫混凝土的体积吸水率小于10%,抗渗性能水面下降高度小于10 mm;利用该泡沫混凝土制备成的轻质墙板,保温性能好,同时其他性能也满足国家标准要求。

The influence of compound admixture and water repellent on the waterproof and impermeability of A700 foamed concrete was studied.The strength,water absorption rate and impermeability of foamed concrete under different conditions were tested.The experimental results show that the combined effect of hydrophobics and compound admixtures is better than that of single admixture.It can not only reduce the water absorption rate,improve the permeability,but also reduce the strength,so that the volume absorption rate of 700 foam concrete is less than 10%.Permeability water surface drop height less than 10 mm.The lightweight wall board made of the foam concrete has good thermal insulation performance,and other properties also meet the requirements of national standards.
