摘要
对高抗折矿渣硫铝酸盐水泥(S-CSA)的路用性能进行了研究。通过单轴抗压、三点弯曲抗折及耐磨试验对比分析了S-CSA与普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)的性能差异,并通过工程实例对比分析了S-CSA混凝土路面与OPC混凝土路面抗开裂性能,研究表明:S-CSA水泥胶砂抗压强度及抗折强度显著高于同水灰比的OPC水泥胶砂试件,同时S-CSA还具有更好的耐磨性;当S-CSA混凝土与OPC混凝土配合比一致时,S-CSA混凝土比OPC混凝土抗压强度高35%,抗折强度高50%;掺入粉煤灰可以在控制S-CSA混凝土抗压强度的同时获得更高的抗折强度;将S-CSA投入实际应用中发现,在高强度交通环境下,相同服役时间的S-CSA混凝土路面较OPC混凝土路面裂纹更少,使用寿命更长。
The performance of high-flexural strength slag calcium sulfoaluminate cement(S-CSA) for pavement was studied.The performance differences between S-CSA and ordinary Portland cement(OPC)has studied by uniaxial compressive test,three-point bending flexural test and abrasion resistance test.The experimental results show that the compressive strength and flexural strength of S-CSA cement mortar are significantly higher than OPC cement mortar with the same water to cement ratio.And S-CSA has better abrasion resistance.When S-CSA concrete and OPC concrete have the same mix ratio,S-CSA concrete is more than OPC concrete 35% higher compressive strength and 50% higher flexural strength.The addition of fly ash can achieve higher flexural strength while controlling the compressive strength of S-CSA concrete.When S-CSA is used on site,it is found that under high-intensity traffic environment,S-CSA concrete pavement has fewer cracks and longer service life than OPC concrete pavement in the same service time.
