摘要 透水混凝土工程应用日益广泛,但性能仍待改进。选取水灰比、高吸水性树脂SAP掺量、粗骨料粒径作为因素及其合适的水平设计正交试验,制备SAP透水混凝土并对其各方面性能进行测试分析。结果表明:在保证良好透水性的前提下,SAP掺量对于透水混凝土的保水率,28 d抗压强度和28 d抗折强度以及耐腐蚀系数(抗硫酸盐)均为显著因素,适当掺加SAP作为内养护材料,能够综合改善透水混凝土的物理力学性能及耐久性。 Nowadays permeable concrete is widely used in certain projects,while its properties are expected to be enhanced.It adopted water-cement ratio,the superabsorbent resin SAP amount and coarse aggregates gradation as factors and corresponding proper levels to design the orthogonal experiment.Different SAP permeable concrete were made and tested.Results show that when permeability is ensured,SAP amount has the significant effects on the water retention rate,28 d compressive strength and 28 d flexural strength as well as the sulfate corrosion resistance coefficient.As the internal curing material,appropriate amount of SAP will synthetically improve the physical properties,the mechanical behaviors and the durability of the permeable concrete.
