摘要
插秧机在工作过程中难免会产生振动,其机架的振动会直接影响秧苗落入田地的正确位置,这将影响插秧效率和秧苗成活率。为此,针对设计的新型插秧机模型,利用有限元ANSYS Wrokbe nch模块对插秧机的机架进行模态分析。通过模态分析得出插秧机机架的前10阶固有频率和振型,提出了增加杆件壁厚和增加结构刚度的两种方法来优化机架模型,从而避开共振。
The transplanter will inevitably produce vibration in the working process.The vibration of the rice transplanter frame will directly affect the correct position of the seedlings falling into the field.This will affect the efficiency of transplanting seedlings and the survival rate of seedlings.For this reason,in view of the new rice transplanter model designed,the finite element ANSYS Wrokbench module was used to perform modal analysis on the rice transplanter frame.Through modal analysis,the first 10 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the rice transplanter frame were obtained.Two methods were proposed to optimize the frame model by increasing the wall thickness of the bar and increasing the structural stiffness.So as to avoid resonance.
