摘要
介绍了水下生产系统目前常用的几种控制类型,通过对比深水与浅水水下控制系统结构、控制距离、分配单元、控制对象、响应时间的差异性,分析各自类型和特点,并结合渤海海域的环境特点,对控制系统结构部分进行优化设计,提出适用于渤海浅水区域的水下控制系统设计方案。能够在满足油气井安全性的前提下,降低开发成本,保障生产效率,为适用于渤海浅水区域油气田航道区、敏感区开发的国产化水下生产系统提供参考。
The commonly used several kinds of subsea control system were introduced,by comparing differences of the subsea control system structure,control distance,distribution unit,control object and response time between deep water and shallow water,their types and characteristics were analyzed,combined with the features of the Bohai Sea environment,the structure of the control system was optimized,the design scheme of underwater control system suitable for Bohai shallow water area was proposed.Which can reduce the development cost and ensure the production efficiency on the premise of meeting the safety of oil and gas wells,and provide reference for the domestic underwater production system which is suitable for the development of oil and gas field channel area and sensitive area in shallow water area of Bohai Sea.
