智能路沿石打槽放样一体机的设计

摘要 市政基础工程中路沿石的铺设非常普遍,一般是分类后由大型机械将路沿石卸到现场,然后从路面集成挖槽,但现场放样的工作主要还是靠人工搬运安装、自动化程度低、施工缓慢,单人无法独自搬运,且人工安装效率低成本高。针对这一问题,经过实际调查分析,设计了一款智能路沿石打槽放样一体机,此设备集道路路沿石打槽和现场放样为一体,将可靠机械结构设计和智能控制系统相融和,是一种现代化智能道路施工设备。应用这一设备可实现路沿石打槽放样,节省劳动力。通过样机试验,确认了智能路沿石打槽放样一体机的工作效果及可行性。 In the municipal foundation engineering,the paving of curbs is very common.After classification,the curbstones are unloaded to the site by large machinery,and then the trench is integrated from the pavement.However,the work of site setting out mainly relies on manual handling and installation,with low degree of automation and slow construction.In view of the problem,through the actual investigation and analysis,an intelligent road slotting and lofting machine was designed.The equipment integrated the road edge stone slotting and site lofting,integrated the reliable mechanical structure design and intelligent control system,which was a modern intelligent road construction equipment.The application of the equipment can realize the setting out of slotting along the road and save labor.Through the prototype test,the working effect and feasibility of the intelligent slotting and lofting machine are confirmed.
