自动排班系统设计及阶段性成效

摘要 某机场的数十个业务室的人员排班均是手工排班,难以应对新时代的挑战,急需信息化技术的支持。提出自动排班系统的设计,系统划分为业务层和算法模型层两大部分。业务层主要为算法模型层提供排班基础数据,以及对排班结果的界面展示。算法模型层在获得基础排班数据之后,确定启动的约束、目标表及参数等,构建人员排班的数学模型,然后调用GUROBI求解器进行求解,并将求解成功后的结果输出至业务层。当前自动排班系统主体基本搭建完成,该系统已在机场多个部门上线使用,并在多个业务室上线使用,取得显著成效,其中国际值机岗任务覆盖率提高5%。该系统具有市场独有性、多线程响应、可配置化设置等优势。 The personnel scheduling of dozens of business offices in an airport is manual scheduling,which is difficult to meet the challenges of the new era,and needs the support of information technology.The design of automatic scheduling system was proposed,which could be divided into two parts:business layer and algorithm model layer.Business layer mainly provided scheduling basic data for algorithm model layer,as well as interface display of scheduling results.After the basic scheduling data was obtained,the algorithm model layer determines the startup constraints,target tables and parameters,built the mathematical model of personnel scheduling,and then called the GUROBI solver to solve the problem.Finally,the successful solution was output to the business layer.At present,the main body of the automatic scheduling system has been basically completed.The system has been put into use in many departments of the airport,and has been put into use in many business rooms.Remarkable results have been achieved,and the task coverage of international check-in posts has been increased by 5%.The system has the advantages of market uniqueness,multithread response and configurable settings.
