建筑幕墙智能注胶装备流量检测反馈补偿研究与试验

摘要 针对在建筑幕墙智能注胶装备研发过程中了解到的注胶装备注胶质量稳定性不足的情况,创新提出流量检测反馈补偿系统,以提升注胶质量。利用现有的流量检测传感器技术和自动化控制技术的应用与注胶机的性能特点,将注胶机、管路设计、流量检测传感器相结合,通过理论计算研究与实际操作调整,对注胶数字化控制、反馈补偿试验、开关流量检测补偿自动注胶的对比等进行工艺研究与试验,研发出能实际应用并明显提升注胶质量的数字化流量检测反馈系统,且能提高效率10%以上,降低材料成本10%~15%。 In view of the insufficient stability of the glue injection quality of the glue injection equipment in the research and development process of intelligent glue injection equipment for building curtain wall,a flow detection feedback compensation system was proposed to improve the glue injection quality.By using the application of current flow detection sensor technology and automatic control technology and the performance characteristics of the glue injection machine,the glue injection machine,pipeline design and flow detection sensor were combined.Through theoretical calculation and practical operation adjustment,the process research and test were carried out on the digital control of injection glue,feedback compensation test,and the comparison of automatic injection compensation for switch flow detection.The digital flow detection feedback system which can be applied in practice and significantly improve the quality of glue injection has been developed,and the efficiency can be increased by more than 10%,and the material cost can be reduced by 10%~15%.
