Research on Unattended Function of Train Cleaning Machine at Long Distance

广州地铁二十一号线各场段配置的洗车机洗车作业仍采用有人值守的方式,人员工时利用率低。针对广州地铁二十一号线各场段的实际情况,对长大距离下洗车机无人值守功能改造进行了研究,提出了通过光纤通讯进行远程监控的方案,对二十一号线各场段配置的洗车机进行安装改造,实现无人值守洗车,有效提升了工作效率,降低了人力成本。

Guangzhou metro line 21 each section of the train cleaning machine does not have the remote control function,train cleaning operation needs to arrange personnel in the train cleaning machine control room for on-site duty,which leads to low utilization rate of human resources.Aiming at the actual situation of each section of guangzhou metro line 21,the transformation of unattended function of train cleaning machine with long distance was studied,and the scheme of remote control and monitoring through optical fiber was put forward,so as to realize unattended train cleaning and effectively improve work efficiency and reduce labor cost.
