城市轨道交通直流馈线电缆在线监测方案设计与应用

摘要 在城市轨道交通供电系统中,直流馈线电缆若持续存在电流泄漏,可能会烧坏电缆,甚至发生短路故障。设计了一种测量直流馈线电缆泄漏电流的方案,通过将霍尔元件嵌套在馈线柜的出线电缆,利用霍尔元件采集数据,并通过录波装置借由交换机连接到无线路由器,把采集到的数据实时上传到云服务器,通过网页端进行数据的访问及处理分析。该方案已经成功应用于广州地铁一号线坑口车辆段,经过运行及测试,在线监测系统运行稳定,具有良好的监测效果。 The cable may be burnt out,or even a short-circuit fault may occur if leakage current continues to exist in the DC feeder cable or the leakage current is too large in the urban rail transit power supply system.A scheme was designed to measure the leakage current of the DC feeder cable.The Hall element was nested in the outgoing cable of the feeder cabinet to collect data.The collected data was connected to the wireless router through the radio wave recording device and the switch and uploaded to the Cloud Server in real time,and the data was accessed and processed through the web page in the background.The solution has been successfully applied to the pithead depot of Guangzhou Metro Line 1.It is found that the online monitoring system is stable and has good monitoring effects after more than two months of operation and testing.
