摘要 40 m大跨度箱梁建造技术是我国高速铁路建造的发展趋势,500 t轮轨式提梁机是专为40 m预制箱梁架设施工研究的大型起重设备,该提梁机可适用于国内时速为350 km/h、250 km/h铁路40 m及以下标准、非标箱梁的跨线提梁作业。介绍了500 t轮轨式提梁机的结构组成及主要性能参数,根据500 t轮轨式提梁机的使用工况及结构特点,对提梁机主结构计算进行了工况及载荷分析,并选取4个工况通过有限元软件对提梁机主结构进行了仿真计算,得到了提梁机主结构的应力分布及扰度值,验证了500 t轮轨式提梁机主结构的强度、刚度满足设计要求,为提梁机主结构的安全性提供了理论依据,并为类似结构设计、计算提供参考。 The construction technology of 40 m long-span box girder is the development trend of China's high-speed railway construction.The 500 t wheel-track type girder-hoisting machine is a large-scale lifting equipment specially designed for the erection and construction of 40 m prefabricated box girder.The machine can be applied to the cross line beam lifting operation of domestic standard and non-standard box girder with speed of 350 km/h and 250 km/h Railway 40m and below.The structural composition and main performance parameters of the 500t wheel-track type girder-hoisting machine were introduced,according to its working conditions and structural characteristics,the working condition and load analysis of the main structure of the girder-hoisting machine were carried out,and four working conditions were selected to simulate the main structure of the girder-hoisting machine through the finite element software,the stress distribution and disturbance value of the main structure of the girder-hoisting machine were obtained.The strength and stiffness of the main structure of 500t wheel-track type girder-hoisting machine meet the design requirements,which provides a theoretical basis for the safety of the main structure of the girder-hoisting machine,and provides a reference for the design and calculation of similar structures.
