基于铁路工程的新型钢构台车设计与应用

摘要 基于铁路工程项目既有线施工技术要求,通过分析施工特殊工况及施工难点,研究设计了新型钢构台车。本文介绍了铁路工程概况,提出了新型钢构台车技术方案,详述了钢模台车的设计组成;分析了既有线施工工况及钢模台车受力情况,并通过简化模型进行有限元计算,验证了结构刚度、强度,满足设计指标要求。新型钢构台车在既有线工程项目成功应用,创新了施工工艺,降低了安全风险及生产成本等,其施工经验可推广应用到明涵洞施工、隧道施工以及地铁施工等领域。 Based on the construction technical requirements of existing railway lines,a new type of steel structure trolley was designed by analyzing the special construction conditions and construction difficulties.The general situation of railway engineering was introduced,the technical scheme of new steel structure trolley was put forward,and the design composition of steel formwork trolley was detaile,and the construction conditions and stress conditions were analyzed,and finite element calculations was performed to verify the structural rigidity and strength to meet the design requirements.The equipment has been successfully applied in engineering projects,innovated construction technology,reduced safety risks and production costs,and its construction experience can be promoted and applied to open culvert construction,tunnel construction and subway construction.
