摘要
研究了一种基于LPC1768的煤矿用掘进机运行监控系统,该系统采用分布式控制结构,各控制器与远程计算机通过CAN总线连接,能够实现状态显示、驱动单元监视和掘进机机构动作控制等功能。采用模块化的设计思路,对控制板硬件电路和系统软件进行了相关分析,实际应用效果表明该系统稳定、高效。
A monitoring system of mine roadheader operation based on LPC1768 was studied.The system adopted distributed control structure,each controller was connected with the remote computer through CAN bus,which realized the functions of state display,driving unit monitoring and mechanism action control of roadheader.The hardware circuit and system software of the control board were analyzed with the modular design idea.The practical application results show that the system is stable and efficient.
